We want you to love your VBC purchase. That said, because many of our products are made, printed, packaged, or prepared specifically for your order, all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final

Vagina Based Collective (“VBC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) does not accept returns or exchanges on merchandise or other purchases unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Choosing the wrong size

  • Changing your mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Deciding you no longer want your purchase

  • Personal preference regarding color, fit, or appearance

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, photos, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your:

  • Name

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos showing the damage or defect

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution. If the item is confirmed to have arrived damaged or defective, VBC may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Items

If we accidentally send you the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and a photo of the item you received.

If the error was made by VBC, we will work with you to correct the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the applicable shipping carrier.

VBC is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen.

If your package is delayed or appears to be missing, please first contact the shipping carrier using the tracking information provided with your order.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with delivery issues when possible.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to VBC because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply if you would like the order shipped again.

Final Sale Items

Products identified as Final Sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds except where required by applicable law or when the item arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds

Because all sales are final, refunds are generally not available.

If VBC determines that a refund is appropriate due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective order, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Our Discretion

VBC reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy when appropriate, including when required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
